The trick to the keypad is that it remembers numbers if you've played with
it before.  In plain English, if you typed a 1 earlier, it will sit
forever and wait for you to type more digits.  To make sure that a
combination works like it should, first type random digits until the light
flashes red, then try your combination.  This behavior of the keypad has
probably confused more people than anything else.  Now, as for the
harmonica, have you looked at the case real close?
