In general, I think Microsoft sucks pus, but in this case I really must
interject that it was quite legitimately "Microsoft Adventure" because someone
at Microsoft (Gordon Letwin, in fact) had to write an all-new program to make
the complete original game work in the tiny PCs of the day.  And "Adventure"
was long established as a name for the game just as legitimate as "Colossal
Cave" long before that.
