There has been some interest expressed that I create a 3rd part of the 
FAQ dedicated to non-Infocom adventure creators of historical interest.

The ones that come to mind are Level 9 and Scott Adams.

I know next to nothing about these two entitites.  ("Scott Adams" could be
the name of a company for all I know.) As FAQ maintainer, this is pretty
embarrassing. 

So, I would like to seek out from the collective knowledge base here all
the tidbits that are known about some of the "other" Adventure games
creators.
