I believe the primary difference is that an object that has concealed can
still be portable, while an object that has scenery will get the default
"that's not something you need to refer to..." response.

From my limited game writing experience (and from tips picked up here) I'd
say the general feeling is to avoid using concealed... if you don't want an
object to be seen/referred to then move it to a limbo location until
needed.
