So fast the dust hadn't even settled (and hopefully most people hadn't
gotten around to getting it yet) I updated WinFrotz. Somehow we missed
come valid Z-Machine input characters that weren't being parsed during
testing, I took the opportunity to rewrite the char input loop since it
was fairly brain dead. Also fixed a couple of other small things.

A couple of people have asked about display geometry problems with games
like A Mind Forever Voyaging. I hate that game. I mean, I like it fine
as an adventure (it's one of the better ones actually) but as a Z-machine
piece of code I hate it.

Anyway, the problem with AMFV is that it does display geometry on it's
own - it tries to figure out by itself which character position is the
right one to start printing at in a window, etc. This causes problems
when you select different size status and display fonts, because AMFV
only does integer math for character placements. Use the same font for
display and status, your problems will go away. Most of the time they
will go away even with different fonts if you just make the screen a
little bigger.
