I have uploaded IFDropFile 2.2 to ftp.gmd.de. This is a Mac app which you
can drag/drop IF game files to; it sets the type and creator to align
with your favorite interpreter. It understands TADS and Z-code files.

This is useful if you download game files, as we so often do, or if you
want to change a bunch of files to a different interpreter.

By double-clicking the app, you get a preferences dialog which gives you
your choice of interpreter to align to:

Z-code: Old ZIP port; MaxZip; ZeX; Zip Infinity
TADS: Original TADS2EXE; MaxTADS

Note: when you install this version of IFDropFile, you should trash any
older versions on your hard drive. They will not understand each others'
preferences files, so if you switch back and forth, they'll seem to keep
forgetting your interpreter choices.
