Well, I discovered just a bit ago that my news feed wasn't working sending
out news, so I'm again announcing:

PrintTime: a library that prints any time in the standard Inform 24-hour
format in digital, analog, or military time:
analog:	twelve oh five
        half past three
        quarter 'til noon
	&c.
digital: 3:40 PM
military: 14:90

Also,

Timepiece: a library that provides a generic class for timepieces
that can be set, modified, synchronized, be ahead (of game time), behind
(game time), run fast or slow, set the game time, and much more (well, okay,
not much more :). No alarms, yet. And I mispelled synchronize in the library,
so you'll have to change that. :)

So, check 'em out! Enjoy.
