I wish to create an object such as a fruit bowl, in Inform.
The bowl is obviously a container, and even more obviously
must be open (Unless it has a lid, which mine doesn't !!).

Whenever I take the bowl and take an Inventory the following
is displayed:

You are carrying:

A fruit Bowl (Which is open but empty)

How do I suppress the 'Open' part ??

Also, I sometimes need to omit objects from the inventory list
that are parts of other objects. One example might be a pocket
in a jacket. Instead of:

You are wearing a jacket (Which is open)
a pocket (which is open but empty)

I just want:

You are wearing a jacket.

Help please !!
